Fuel System
Cummins QSC8.3 turbocharged engine, emissions compliant with EPA 3 and EU III requirements; high performance, low energy consumption, low speed with high torque, and large power reserves. The engine is equipped with a large radiator and intake fan, reducing intake air temperature and ensuring the reliability of the cooling system. Using special peripheral accessories recommended by Cummins ensures normal engine operation and maintenance.
Transmission System
The ZF microcontroller with 3-stage gearshift ensures high reliability. The most advanced TCU microelectronically controlled transmission proportional control valve achieves uninterrupted power output and automatic transmission, eliminating the need for manual gearshifting by the driver. Fault display and convenient diagnostic port greatly simplify maintenance and repairs. The German Kessler heavy-duty drive axle, with two-stage speed adjustment and a multi-disc wet brake system, is a fully enclosed, maintenance-free system.
Hydraulic System
Internationally renowned brand hydraulic valve, main hydraulic pump, and guide handle. The load-sensing hydraulic system reduces continuous engine load. Remote hydraulic control and electric control are simple and convenient. Multiple hydraulic test points simplify maintenance.
Braking System
The Poclain hydraulic brake, wet multi-disc service brake, and spring-loaded, caliper disc parking brake system with forced oil cooling are safe and reliable.
Steering System
The single transverse cylinder of the steering axle has dual functions, fully hydraulic power steering, and steering priority, with a load-sensing function for easy operation.
