WET, DRY, HOT, OR COLD, OUR SEALED SYSTEMS CAN DO IT ALL
With the RPX, a single walkie-talkie operator can do it all: from cold rooms and freezers to dry ambient environments where condensation can occur. For safety reasons, all our walkie-talkie electric pallet trucks are equipped with sealed switches, an epoxy-coated control panel, an IP65-rated sealed controller, and a sealed steering track, all housed within our robust frame protected by a durable powder-coated finish. Add to this our other features, such as AC motor control, thermal reduction, and built-in self-diagnostics, and you have a highly versatile machine.
OUR AC MOTOR DOES MORE FOR LESS
Higher torque and faster travel speeds are just the beginning of what our proven 5.2 HP brushless AC drive motor offers. This 24-volt system features improved thermal capabilities and delivers consistent power during normal battery discharge, while using less energy per cycle. The result? Consistent performance shift after shift, with longer run times between charges. Since easier maintenance is the key to greater reliability, our high-performance AC motor is vertically mounted for better heat dissipation and ease of maintenance.
PROTECTION OF KEY COMPONENTS
The unique steering race and enclosed frame design help protect key components, including the drive motor, controller, and hydraulic system, resulting in less maintenance and a longer life for the Walkie Rider.
INCREASE YOUR UPTIME
Your business can't be interrupted or slowed down because of the equipment you use. That's why our walkie-talkie pallet trucks are designed for maximum uptime. From the fork tips to the handle switches, our pallet trucks are built to do more, withstand more, and deliver more, every day. Unlike competing equipment, our standard walkie-talkie pallet trucks can operate in any environment, moving quickly and reliably from walk-in coolers and freezers down to -20 degrees F (-28.9 degrees C) to dry ambient environments. Your business temperatures may vary, but the quality and reliability of our walkie-talkie pallet trucks never do.
