Advanced Hydraulic Technology
Designed for performance, the load-sensing hydraulic system adapts to the load weight, ensuring precise control of mast and fork movements. (In forklifts without intelligent hydraulics, lifting and lowering are very different when the load weight varies.)
In addition, passive sway control transfers some of the mast's stresses and forces to the truck's chassis, providing safe control and mast durability when lifting and lowering loads.
Designed for Maneuverability
The MXL Series features a rear axle that pivots over 100° for increased maneuverability and the ability to perform instant "side turns" without the need for an initial reverse movement.
Intelligent Curve Control smoothly adjusts the truck's speed when it senses it is entering a curve at high speed to minimize lateral forces and protect the operator, truck, and load.
Keeping the Operator in Mind
The electronic differential locks the front wheels to increase traction on slippery surfaces. It is activated automatically at small steering angles or manually via an optional front pedal.
Ramp Hold automatically activates the parking brake on a ramp to maintain position and prevent rollback when working on a slope and removing your foot from the accelerator pedal.
Operator Control and Ergonomics
Designed with an ergonomic operator compartment in mind, the MXL Series includes an optional fully adjustable, economically designed fingertip control armrest that allows for comfortable hand positioning, anatomical support during operation, and freedom of movement.
In addition, preset ECO and PRO performance modes allow for customized settings to meet application needs and operator skill levels.
An optional climate-controlled cab quickly heats or cools for optimal operator comfort in all weather conditions. Sliding windows on each side of the truck help protect the cab from the elements and improve visibility.
